Do I Need A Lawyer?
My husband was recently diagnosed with Colon cancer, and given 6 months to live I am sole beneficiary on all of his insurance policies and would like to know do I need a lawyer to iniate any of my affairs.

Unless he has property in just his name, you may not need a lawyer but you should probably have a quick consultation with one just in case. things like children from prior marriages and other circumstances can make complications later.
