Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
I need a lawyer who will take my case on a contingency ..I actually have more than 1 case--3 in all. They all include a lot of money. My first case is about my inheritance from my Mother in 2013 ,my sister took over power of attorney and after my mom died she told me that everyone's checks would be mailed out within 6 months.( there is 5 of us children and the money was to be split equally in 5 ways, the amount would be somewhere around 800,000) my check never came and none of my siblings will return my calls or letters. if someone would allow me to tell them the whole story-they will see that it is obvious fraud and corruption going on. Also there is 2 other cases for which I don't have enough room to explain.

This is not really the forum for seeking an attorney.
You should be looking for an attorney that handles trust and estate litigation matters. If an attorney agrees with you that the case is strong and that your sister still has the money, he or should may be willing to handle it on a contingency. You can check with your local bar association, or look for an attorney referral service online that has attorneys in your area.
Best of luck to you.
