Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I have been left an inheritance in California, I live in Arizona. I want to disclaim, renounce, I understood this site had a form for such. I want my Son's name to be on the irrevocable trust's will.

can you help me?

Your question is confused. Is it a trust or a Will; they are two totally different legal entities. Your disclaiming merely means that you are removed as though you never existed as a beneficiary, but the property does not pass to your son unless he was already named in the documents
