when someone is left something in a willl and they have crediters after them would the crediters be able to take their inheratetance?

Generally speaking, the probate process works something like this: the person's assets and liabilities (debts) are calculated. Any assets are used to pay down liabilities. The leftover amount (if any) are given to the person's heirs.
To answer your question, the creditors would most likely be paid off using the person's assets.
This can be a more complicated issue than can be answered on this forum. It might be a good idea to consult an estate attorney.
