Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
Im not asking for legal advice i just need the name of the document. I need to know what the name of the legal document i need for this.My grandmother passed in august,I am a beneficiary of her and my grandfather's living trust,My mother and uncle are trusties.What i need is to have them sign that they accept me as a beneficiary with full right's and won't contest me in this position.So im looking for the name of the legal document that a beneficiary would have the trusties sign stating that they acknowledge me as a beneficiary with my full share and they wont contest that fact.Please i need to have the name of that legal document thank you so much for all your help

There is no standard document that serves that purpose. Furthermore there is little point in such a document since it cannot supersede the trust documents themselves. Either you are or you are not a beneficiary of a trust. I suppose you could sign some sort of covenant not to sue to dispute some ambiguity in the trust, but it would probably be unenforceable because you would be exchanging no consideration for that agreement. Furthermore, if the trust it clear, either you are a beneficiary, or you are not. If you are clearly not, it would be a breach of their fiduciary duties to the true beneficiaries to sign any document saying you are.
