Can an attorney representing a family member mail legal documents? Isn't HE considered a Party to the Action because she represents my sibling? Also, I believe that I cannot serve documents by mail myself because I am a Party to the Action. Do you know what Civil Codes I can cite on this matter? The judge ruled AGAINST me for not complying with a deadline. Do the rules only apply to pro per litigants or the lawyers too? Thank you.

The rules apply equally to pro pers and attorneys, but attorneys know them.
