Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
We had letters of administration issued to three administrators, who are also the sole heirs (intestate). We need to open an estate account, but are having trouble finding a bank in Sacramento that will offer a joint-custody account. Any suggestions?

I typically open these accounts with First Enterprise Bank in LA by mail. I have had no problem with them yet. In fact, you can ask the bank to put a hard freeze on the account. Of course make sure there is no on-line access either! Good luck. Here's my contact's name:
