Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
Re: Letters of Conservatorship, Person & Estate
I have Letters signed--name removed--the conservator and filed with the court in 2003, but it's not certified. I believe it must--name removed--certified--name removed--the court to show that the conservatorship is still in effect for the named conservator. Is this correct?

It sounds like you just need a certified copy from the court--this is proof to third parties that you are the conservator. Ask the court clerk for a "certified copy" of the letters, which will have the court stamp/seal and state that it's a certified copy.
