Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I have Letters Testamentary and have sent the Inventory and Appraisal to the Probate Referee. Do I have to serve this on all the beneficiaries named in the will?

Not unless they have filed a request for special notice. You do have to serve them with notice when you file a Petition for Distribution.
