I have life time estate at the house I live in. My mom set it up that way. My brother is power of attorney over my mom.she is in a assistance living place. My brother is wanting to kick me out. Can he do that?

It depends on what sort of documents your mother has prepared. Are you sure you have a current life estate or is the life estate to begin formally after your mother passes away?
