Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
I live in Arizona. My mother passed away and lived in California. I recieved a copy of the Original Trust and two Amendments by mail. I have 120 days to dispute. I do not wish to dispute or contest any of the documents. I agree to any wishes that were provided by my mother. My question is, do I have to respond in writing? notorized? I called the attorney that sent me these documents and asked what I needed to do next. He stated he was not representing me and hung up on me. I don't know what to do. Please help. Thank you. Frank Sandoval.

I am surprised at the response of the attorney. Nonetheless, if you do not wish to contest anything you do not need to make an affirmative response to the Trustee's notice. If you have any questions, whether now or in the future you should address them directly to the Trustee.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The above response is not intended to, and does not, create an attorney-client, fiduciary or other confidential relationship with the responder. Neither does it constitute the providing of legal advice or services or the giving of a legal opinion by the responder. Such a relationship can only be created, and legal advice and/or legal services provided, pursuant to a written agreement with the responder. Accordingly, no obligations of any kind are assumed with respect to any matter or question presented. It should also be noted that legal issues are often time sensitive and legal rights may be lost or compromised if you do not act in a timely fashion.
