liveing revolkable trust,petition to remove administrator

if I petition to have her removed will this send us into probate, or can we still stay clear of it?

petition for removal and the appointment of the successor trustee.

it should keep you out of probate with respect to assets in the trust.

If there is a trust, you can petition to remove the trustee and replace the trustee without sending the estate into probate.
