Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

does only living blood grandson have any rights

my son lost his father, 2 uncles, grandmother, aunt, & grandfather in space of 17 years. grandfather remarried 1 year after grandmothers death to someone he only knew for 30 days. they were both 70 yrs. old at the time. Grandpa told our family members 2nd wife became a differnt person after marriage - he couldn't have anything to do with 1st wife's (of 46 years) family including son's 6 cousins from fathers 2 half brothers & half sister. Grandpa sold family business 2 years after 2nd marriage, money still owed to business is going into trust. new owner of business wants to sell business back to my son (with our help). he still owes about $50.000 that would go back into trust (doesn't seem right). Anyway son reread trust and 2nd wife's two adult daughters are getting 1/3 each as is my son which doesn't seem fair that his grandmothers share is getting distributed to two ''strangers'' and grandmother's grandchildren get nothing. why is my son getting one third of both his grandparents estate and 2nd wife's children get 2/3's? Grandpa changed stock distribution 3 days before he died- son rec'd 1/5 instead of original 1/2.

grandpa changed lawyers with 2nd wife. should we maybe speak to first lawyer or start fresh? son faxing me trust
