I am sorry that your question is somewhat unintelligible. There is no reading, but the attorney for the Estate contacts the people in the Estate who are involved as either a beneficiary, trustee, executor or otherwise. That will depend on when the attorney is contacted and who is handling the estate in relation to the other people involved. I have no idea which are talking about otherwise I think you need to talk to attorney in person or over the phone so that your questions make more sense. I do not much is involved with you should protect your rights and see or obtained attorney who is very familiar with Estate Planning/Probate.I have been practicing law in this legal area for over 30 years and understand your problem well.
