Living Trust
My father passed away 7/10/7 and has a living trust set up. My question - how do I ensure that my sister, who is the executor, will divide my father's assets according to his living trust? My sister and I don't speak.

If he has a trust, the question is who is the successor trustee. You should have received a copy of the trust agreement so you can monitor and protect your interests. If you have not, consult a lawyer.
