Living Trust
In my Father's will he stated that his house was to be sold and divided equally 4 ways. The house closed escrow over a month ago. How long does it take to receive our portions from our Sister the Trustee?

If your father only had a will, thn it still will require the approval of the Probate Court. Just like the sale, the Court has to approve the disbursement of funds. It does seem to be taking a bit long, however, you may want to reqest an accounting from your sister or formally through the Court.
