Living trust maintenance

If parents enter into a living trust with their son, can they later dissolve that trust and cut him out of their will without his knowledge or consent?

Howdy:

It depends on what you mean by "enter into with son".

I suspect that the parents wrote a trust with the son as beneficiary; and that the purpose of the trust is to dispose of their assets upon death.

If that's the case, then they may change it as they please.

Hope this cleared it up. If I didn't properly understand the situation, please let me know.

Re: Living trust maintenance

Depends on the terms of the trust. If you don't understand the document, take to to an attorney and he or she can review and explain it.
