Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Living Trust

I have been named as co-trustee for a trust in an amendment to the original trust document. The other co-trustee cannot sign documents due to a stroke. Is it legal for me to sign documents for the trust (such as checks) without my co-trustee's signature?

It depends on the language of the trust document, but if the co-trustee is incapacitated, you can probably act as sole trustee.
