Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I am looking into a living trust for our small estate. Including the house. I am wondering what forms I need to use? And should it be a revocable or nonrevocable trust?

You can try LegalZoom.com. I wouldn't suggest a nonrevocable (or irrevocable) trust as it has adverse legal consequences for the uninformed.

You are smart to consider establishing a trust, particularly because you own real property. You should really consult an estate planning attorney to determine what type of trust is best for you. There are no actual forms for a trust. Most estate plans include a pour over will, financial power of attorney and health directives in addition to the trust. Most likely, you would need a revocable trust but this also something to discuss with an attorney. There may be reasons for an irrevocable trust that isnt apparent from your post. Please use an estate planning attorney. Everyone that has been using the forms runs into problems that are more expensive down the line.
