living trust

I am successor trustee of my mothers estate, Can I do the trust termination, and the petition to remove trustee by myself

If you are the successor trustee and all of our mother's estate is in the name of the trust, just follow the directives in trust document. You can obtain legal counsel at the expense of the trust estate to help you through the process. If your mother's estate is not in the name of the trust, then you will have to probate the estate.
