Living Trust suspect fraud

Description:

My father estab Living Trust in 1984 my sister as primary. He remarried in 1986. Father's property consisted of 3 homes: 2 1/2 bdr 1 1/2 ba, 2 bdr 1 ba, 3bdr 1 1/2, mortgage. 1994 property sold. 2nd wife added as Trust Co-Grantor.

4 bdr 1 1/2 ba bought.

Father passed in 2004. 2nd wife assured in '04 & '06 no Trust changes. Late '07 her elder daughter gets POA. 2nd daughter moves from NY in 09/08 and takes over house. Claims its hers. Trust changed using POA removing sister name. Can lawsuit for Trust Contested & Construction be won?
