Re: living wills for full time rvs

This is an interesting legal question. I would use the form for the state that you either spend the most time in or consider your permanent residence. To determine your permanent residence, consider which state do you vote in, which state issued your driver's license and which state do you file your state tax returns from?

If it is California, you can complete a living will or advance health care directive from a fill-in-the-blank form from the California Health Care Association. You can find their form using Google. Be sure to have your signature notarized and make copies for your loved ones and one for your doctor.

If any further questions, please feel free to contact me by email.

I hope this helps.
