Re: living wills

A living will is used to provide directions about medical procedures at the end of one's life - typically directions regarding artificial respiration, assisted hydration and tube feeding, etc.

A will or a living trust can be used to list the people who should inherit one's property upon death.

You can probably find copies of forms to do this sort of thing online, in books, or at office supply/stationery stores.

From an attorney's perspective, using a form you get from the Internet to manage important financial affairs makes about as much sense as diagnosing cancer and then performing surgery on yourself using directions you found on the Internet .. but it's your choice.
