Loan on home that are part of probate
My brother became the excecutor of our moms estate, is it possible to to put for him to put our mom house in his name and recive a loan be for the case is over? if so how is that money monitored?

For the best protection you would want to get the house put into all beneficiaries names and then try and assume the loan after probate. Good luck.
