Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

locating unknown assets

At the passing of grandmother, I am a beneficiary, but sister is trustee. She has stolen from me with another trust and now I want to find out all my grandmothers assets to make sure she is truthful in her accounting. How can I be sure she is not concealing some monies? She knows all the tricks.

Re: locating unknown assets

Do asset searches through investigative companies.

Retain an attorney to make sure that you are getting proper accountings and inspect trust records.
