Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

How Long Do I Have To Contest the Executor's Handling of My Parent's Estate?

My Dad passed 2 1/2 years ago and the

executor(sibling) placed my other

sibling's inheritance into an account

only they have access to. The other

sibling cannot be found. How long do I

have to contest this and any general

recommendation? The reason for my

concern is just prior to Dad's passing

executor took money out of

established trust and put it in another

account, hence my concern. Thank you.
