How long do it take to get a letter of adminstrator, once the judge grant the request?

The Letters of Administration are usually submitted with the Petition for Probate, and filed on the same day as the Petition is granted.

It depends on the court--sometimes they can be stamped the same day, but more likely you'll have to wait. In the larger counties, the wait may be up to three weeks.
