How much longer?
My father passed away 11+ years ago. Finally everything is all done (accounting, etc.) and has been given to the judge. How much longer until there is a disbursement?

If an Order for Distribution has been filed by the court, the actual distribution should take place within a few weeks. In the case of real property, a certified copy of the Order should be recorded in the applicable county.
