Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Can losing side pay attorney's fees

Is there a case where the losing side paid attorney's fees on a trust case? My attorney is charging me alot for researching this question. My wife was appointed Trustee for a trust where the Grandmother and Father borrowed and/or spent all the money.

if you are not satisfied with your attorney or the fees being charged you have the right to dismiss your attorney and retain another attorney (subject to any provisions relating to fees and payment contained in the legal services agreement you signed with the attorney).
