Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

I lost a case. Now what?

I am on the verge of getting my case dismissed. The other side filed an injunction against me and had a mini trial. Court concluded in the other guy's favor but postponed the hearing on injunctive relief. In the mean time, my counter suit is getting striked out and I do not want to go through a costly trial. So I am facing the possibility of a stiff liability.

What can I do now? Assuming I do not appeal, what can I do to protect myself from the them and the court?

At least avoid the injuction by voluntarily stopping the action which is the subject of relief sought.

you should consult the attorney who represents you in this case.

in general, most asset protection strategies must be implemented long before any liability arises. you will need an attorney in any case once collection action and enforcement of any judgment begins.
