lost the trust

we need to get a copy of a trust my inlaws had made up. myfather inlaw cant remember the name of the attorney who prepared it. is there any way of locating it or revoking it. please help thank you

Trusts are usually private but once and a while they are recorded in the county recorder's office. If it can't be found, your father-in-law can restate it or revoke with the creation of a new trust. See an attorney for more details.
