lost will
My friends father passed away over a year ago. She has been unable to locate his will. {possible inheritance} Her family members claim there is no will. She finds this hard to believe being her father was sick for a nimber of years. If ther is a will how can she go about finding it?

Re: lost will
If there is a Will, and it was filed it would be filed in the Circuit Court, Probate Division of the County where the decedent resided. Just a matter of contacting that court and asking if a Will was filed. If filed, you can request a copy.

Re: lost will
You would have an attorney perform a will search in the area where he was most likely to see an attorney.
