Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
lost will
my gramdmother recently passed away. Before doing so she took me to her bank to do something with her will, she didn,t say what and iI did't ask. since her passing the will has mysteriously disappeared. How would I go about obtaining sa copy of her will. I do not know who her attorney was.

she must have paid the attorney. go through her canceled checks.
