Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

We have a mediation on Sept. But some of the things that were left to me are under my boss business partners name ( Motorcycles, car.etc ) How do I get these things if theyre not in my Boss name? Can I sue them for the property and win? Thank you

You will have to prove by a paper trail that the things should have been registered to your boss. Only then can you sue them and win.
