Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

What is the best method to use when purchasing a new/used car with a Special Needs Trust in CA? The Trust is third party and irrevocable. Should the title be under the Trust or the beneficiaries name, or the trustee's name? The beneficiary is capable of driving the car and no one else would be driving it. I'm having trouble finding an insurance agency that will insure a car under the name of a Trust. Any advice is much appreciated! Thank you!

Name of the trustee. Ownership and insurance can be separate.
