Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

Misspelling in Will/Trusts/Bank account

My aunt passed away 6/17/06 and was 93 years old at the time of her death. When she set up the trust and will, she inadvertantly inputted my middle name first, then my last name and I believe my middle name was misspelled. She also left some money into one of her bank accounts that I share with 2 other people that we are entitled to once she died. But that account also has my middle name first and then my last name. How do I prove my idenity in order to get what is entitled to me on the trust, the will, and the bank account.

No problem. I assume there is no one else your aunt could have been referring to. If the Trustee or the bank does not want to disburse, consult a lawyer who can obtain a court order.
