Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

mobile home

Hello! My father's estate is in probate. He lived in a mobile home park.

His will states: ''I give all my clothing, jewelry, household furniture, personal

automobiles, and other tangible articles of a personal nature, or my interest in

any such property, not otherwise specifically disposed of by this Will or in amy

other manner, to my daughter....''

Would this include his mobile home? As it does not fall under the category of

real property, as there was no land owned and it was registered like a motor

vehicle?
