My mom died no will. my sister is claiming everything now behind my back. saying she is sole heir. what should i do she wont respect my moms wishes.

Obtain yourself probate litigation counsel to inniate a petition in probate court to administer your mother's estate; the attorney can direct your sister to not destroy any of your mother's property, and to provide a full inventory of all property in her possession. for listing in the petition to be divided by the probate court or by agreementof the two of you.
