mom left a will and trust with a typo on the home address on will ,can this void the will

It shouldn't void the will. The only complication that I could see is that if the will made a specific gift of real property and the address of that property is incorrect. However, this would be a "scrivener's error" that could be corrected easily by the drafter of the will.
