Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

My mom passed away and I am the executor of my mom's estate. Not sure how to go about changing the name on the deed when I have 4

other siblings and also where do I go?

If your mom had a will, but no living trust, you will have to file a petition for probate in the superior court of the county where she lived. I recommend that you consult a lawyer, but if you want to try to do it yourself, I recommend How to Probate an Estate by Nolo Press (written for the layperson.)
