Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

My Mom Passed Away in late 2008, My Supossely Half Sister, Which She Was Raised By My Mom, Inherited All Of My MOms Assets,Acording to her thru A living trust And Her Attorney, just found out after 1year and 8 months, Id talked to her in June Of Last year , asked her about my Moms will, which she bluntly Told me to Ask Her Attorney , but not to worry , she would send me "Some Money" At the end of the year , that was supposed to be in 2009, So i Went Ahead and CalledHer to find out What Had Happen, She Then Sent me an Email messege, to giver her my Mailing Address, So She Could Send Me Something, For Which Id Received A letter From Her Attorney,Stating That She Didnt Have to Give Me Any Money Because, My MomS Living trust Stated I was Not to Get Anything from Her State,Why Did She Wait So Long to Notify Me, My Mom Just before Her Passing Said To me She Would Leave Something to me, I trully believe She Did, But, what can i Do Now, Should I Litigate,no Economic sorces, Havent seen the will yet ,Guess i Never will, Thank you
