Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

my mom passed in March of 2010, two wills have showed up one made out to my Uncle mike this was written in a lawyers office in 2002 where everything stayed in the family. So I told my uncle to put it in probate so we could get everything taken care of . So we did this in April. Now this other person said she has a will where she gets everything she is not related to anyone and I come from a old family things just got passed down. She has not put nothing in probate we can't get near the place she has taken all the money that was to take care of the property family jewlery , burned family pictures and given away everything she lived with my mom and kept family away I being the only child did not find out until aweek later she passed my daughter talked to her on the 16th she passed on the 24th did she have any right to do this she had all the accounts and safety deposits all empty in days.My grandmas land and my mom s are right next to each other and come to find out my mom never changed over anything to her name it's still in my grandmas name and her will stated everything when't to my uncle if her and my mom passed. Now my uncle got a letter wanting him to sign over the proprty or he'll owe her money and I recived a letter to sign a wavier of bond .
