Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

my mom passed away when i was 5 we won the legal battle I was awarded money thru a trust. my dad has power over my trust. My dad has stolen over $30,000 from my trust. I am 22 yrs old now how can I get my money that is left in my trust. my dad wont release where my money is. I have no recods of any bank or anything. Plz help I am married now and I really need what is owed to me. I am now in the Navy with a child, I am concerned my dad will take everything from me.

You should hire a trust litigation attorney to demand an accounting and potentially to file for removal of your father as trustee.
