If you're one of the beneficiaries, you're entitled to the portion of the trust in which you're named. If you're the trustee, you can act on behalf of the trust and should have a full copy of it. More information is needed, especially who has the full copy?

If you are designated as a beneficiary, you should have received a copy of the trust when the trust became irrevocable, soon after your mother's death.
