money judgment against sole aire

what dose this mean exactly? california probate code

765. Estates of inheritance and for life are called estates of

freehold; estates for years are chattels real; and estates at will

are chattel interests, but are not subject to enforcement of a money

judgment.

I have amoney judgment against me.the judgment creditor has be appointed administraor.there is a ''assignee of record'',they have since past-away.

The judgment against you is still valid (assuming it hasn't expired). If the person it was assigned to has died, the adminstrator of that person's estate would have the legal authority to pursue the judgment.
