Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California
I have a mortage on my home where myself and my spouse reside, she became Ill and we had agree that she would pay rent to me for living with me for about the last four years. WHere do I stand in collecting rent for these four years.

You probably have no chance at collecting rent. As her husband you have an obligation to pay your wife's necessary expenses, which would include her housing. As such, your agreement with your wife is most likely unenforceable.
