mother deceased and four children fighting for estate what should i do help plea
mother deceased on oct.17 2001, on oct.15 son in law files suit against mother for verbal contract for work on estate for 135,000.00 no reciepts showing payments or work done. recall work being done 11 years ago before father died he told me he was debt free to son in law. is there a statue of limitations?
no will no trust for children its a millon dollar estate everyone wants it all how to go about distributing? need lawyer but what kind do i need?

It is likely that the statute of limitations has run on his claim, but an attorney would have to examine it to be sure. The executor/administrator (if one has been appointed) will have to reject the estate claim in the probate.
If the matter has not been filed for probate by an attorney, that is the first step.
