My mother ask m. to come down from my house in WA. to her home in CA to take care of her. She had terminal leukimia. I have lived there for 15 months. 2 weeks before she died (12/31/2012) my brother and his wife moved in. 6 weeks after my mom died he told me i had to move asap. And that he excuter of will andhe could what he wants. Can he do this?

Once he is appointed by the Court as executor with what is known as "letters testamentary" he can have you evicted-but he will have to go to court to do this. So the answer is ...yes, eventually.
