mother passed left her astate to her sister, the sister is also ex of the astate the will says should the sister pass or no do her duty the estate and its intiredy left to Me soul heer, and her son , am i also intileded to a part of my mothers estate altho it was left to her sister

Very sorry to read that you lost your mother. I'd like to help, but I am a little confused. Was the estate left to your aunt or to you? You said she is the executor, but you did not mention if she is also a beneficiary, there is a BIG difference.
Do you know if there was only a will or was there also a trust? Do you have access to it? What State are you in? What State was your mother a resident of when she passed away?
