Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in California

My mother passed away over 6 months ago, and NONE of the parties whom I KNOW has access to her IRREVOCABLE TRUST has ever called me back since her death...WHO can I contact to find out what's going on regarding her Irrevocable Trust? And, HOW should I LEGALLY go about contacting this party/office?

If you are a beneficiary, the trustee should have provided you with notice and a copy of the Trust. If you know who the trustee is, you should make a formal written demand for the information, including an accounting. If you still do not receive anything you may need to go to Court to compel performance.

Or open Probate, serve the parties who you believe have access to the irrevocable trust and make them prove that there is a trust and that they are entitled to x, y, or z. Even if there is a trust, you may still be entitled to something.

You should have been served with notice even if you are not a beneficiary, as the grantor's legal heir.
